Before your appointment:

*Avoid, if possible, heavy meals prior to your session.

*Do drink ample water.

*If you are actively suffering from a cold, flu, or other contagion, please call to reschedule your session. Allergies will be considered on a case-by-case basis and with your comfort in mind.

*If for any reason you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, a courtesy call, text, or email is appreciated.

*Some conditions require communication between Barrington Area Massage and Bodywork and your health care provider(s); please remain mindful that any communication will be confidential, need-based, and necessary to offer you the best, safest treatments possible.

During your appointment:

*Please, footwear should remain outside of the studio.

*The most conservative approach to draping is observed, and your therapist will demonstrate draping, as well as clarify anatomical areas and their boundaries. Please ask your therapist any questions you may have about draping. Your comfort and safety are important!

*Please communicate with your therapist about your massage/bodywork experience during and after the session.

*Payment-in-full is expected at time of service unless other arrangements have been made. Cash and personal checks are accepted at this time. Please make checks payable to: Barrington Area Massge and Bodywork, P.C.

*Tips are never expected but always appreciated.
